Trans-Siberian Orchestra: Beethoven's Last Night

I was super excited when the hubby nabbed tickets to see TSO at the Civic Coliseum. I've wanted to see them perform for years. They truly offer a "must see" phenomenal show. I've never seen so many talented musicians/singers on one stage.

We were front row and center stage along with a couple of friends, John and April Lindsay. We were so close in fact that we needed sunglasses and sunscreen. I did not expect scorching pyrotechnics (awesome!). We also had our faces in the fog machines. While it wasn't an ideal situation for a couple of pregnant women like April and I....we endured the heat and fog and I'm pretty certain our babies rocked out in utero.

It was part rock concert...part theatrical performance...and 100% talent. The fire and lasers...the stunning backdrop...all iceing on the cake. These guys know how to rock a guitar.....a keyboard....electric violin...drums...a microphone....hell I think they could make an old shoe sound good.

The ticket price was well worth it...actually...I think we owe them. I won't think twice about catching another show. They'll be back again this year :wink wink:.

Thanks for taking me sweetie!!!
